Microsoft Paint is a basic photo editor that comes on every Windows computer and allows you to work with images. This is a great little program to start with when using a photo editor. To open Paint go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>Paint. This will open the program, so now you should be seeing a window like this.

Using Paint you can import your files from a scanner or camera by going to File>From Camera or Scanner
