  • To begin recording a podcast episode click the red New Episode button. The controls for AudioBay are similar to any music player or media player and will record continuously until the stop button is clicked.
  • Once you have recorded your episode click Continue or click Cancel if you'd like to record again.
  • AudioBay will next show a Title & Description screen. Add the title of the current episode in the Title field and a short description of the episode in the Description field. This information is displayed as the podcast "show notes".
  • You may find the need to save a recorded episode for later upload, so AudioBay makes it possible to save a draft feature available. Click the Save as Draft checkbox to save the episode.

  • To download podcasts to your device you must first be connected to the Internet via a wireless network or through an ActiveSync connection.
  • First, click Go To at the bottom of the screen. Next, enter the RSS URL or feed of the podcast you want to hear in the Enter RSS URL: field and click Done.

  • If you find that like the podcast you are hearing and would like to listen to future episodes, AudioBay also provides a way to subscribe to that podcast. To subscribe to the podcast click Tools > Subscribe. You will then be prompted to input a display name for the podcast you can add a new name, however, the default name is usually the name of the podcast itself. Click Ok to continue.
  • Once subscribed you can download podcasts by clicking on the green circle download icon.
  • Setup your favorite podcasts for automatic downloads or to save on portable media

  • To listen to podcasts that you have downloaded click on the blue play icon to start playing. AudioBay will recognize the default media player on your device, open it and play the downloaded file. * You can also play files directly from the location they were downloaded to. For instance, if you were to setup your downloads for storage on a storage card.
