Files and Folders
The computer in your classroom offers a lot of different opportunities for learning. One of those is your own learning. During this course we will take a look at some of the functions of your computer that you might not know about. The goal is to fill in the gaps of your learning regarding the computer. Come with your questions and concerns. We are going to take a look at some of the following in regards to using your computer.

• Saving and Finding Files
• The Folder System
• Documents and Types
• Icon Display
• What is a PDF and how to Create one?
• Window and Toggling between them
• Naming Files
• Searching for Files
• Access Help

• Explain the folder system and file types in regards to a computer
• Find ways to help trouble shoot your own problems
• Use different strategies to find a file
• Be able to access Prints and create PDFs
