What are the items that are helpful when creating a meeting ?

• Send out the meeting invite it is helpful to include some details on checking to make sure that software is available. ( Test their computer http://webinar.monroe.edu/common/help/en/support/startmain.htm
• Start meeting 15 minutes early for people to get there test connection etc.
• Sometimes if a lot of new users offer a short intro of the tool set. Depends on the meeting.
