Microsoft's Photo Story 3 for Windows is used to add zooms, pans and effects to your photos to create a video story. While a picture is worth a thousand words, leave no doubt about what story is to be told by creating a video with audio files and narration.
To begin, click Start > All Programs > Photo Story 3 for Windows. Photo Story starts by displaying the Welcome to Photo Story 3 for Windows dialogue.
