- Contact people without leaving iGoogleTM
- Store quick bookmarks to access from any computer
- Create multiple "tabs" to organize projects
[edit] Get Started
If you don't already have one, go get yourself a Google account in order to maximize your use of iGoogleTM. Visit Google Accounts and sign up for a free account. Once you have an account, point your web browser to http://www.google.com/ig to get started creating your own iGoogle start page.
[edit] About RSS
Real Simple Syndication is a way for imformation to be sent (fed) to one location, called an aggregator, where it can be collected and organized. iGoogle works as an aggregator for RSS feeds. Feeds are specific URL's or web addresses that tell aggregators to check for new items (i.e. - news, blog posts, and more). In order to make the most of your iGoogle page, look to add a few RSS feeds from sites you regularly visit.
