Flickr Storm is a web-based tool for searching, linking and downloading Flickr photos. Flickr Storm is useful for downloading photos of a particular subject (based on tagging) to use in creating digital stories as well as adding them to websites.

A great feature of Flickr Storm is it's Advanced searching menu. Through the advanced search users can find photos under Creative Commons licenses. Thus helping users to be compliant with intellectual property rights.
