The following information relates to the New York State Instructional Computing (519) and Model Schools (521) COSER requirements for Monroe #1 BOCES component districts. This documentation outlines the processes for these two COSERs, as well as information that pertains to the process.

Each year the Monroe #1 BOCES Instructional Technology Specialist's compile a report for each district outlining what is required to meet CoSER requirements.

[edit] Exemplar Submission Requirements
Districts are required to submit exemplar lessons to demonstrate how purchased technology is being used to enhance or improve instruction and student learning. The lessons submitted will be shared with other teachers in the Monroe #1 BOCES component districts as resources for best practice in integrating technology into the classroom.
